I think that one of the most important things when you want to provide a good customer service is taking care of your support staff. You can have excellent tools, 24/7/365 available support and well-managed social media channels, but at the end of the day if you have any problems with the support agent your client won&#039;t be satisfied. 

P.S. You can also connect points 3 and 4 by using some desktop sharing application integrated with LiveChat (e.g. join.me). We have that option in our tool ;)
